Instructions

  1. Grate the carrot (1 piece) and crush the almonds (25 g) into small pieces.

  2. Smash the bananas (2 pieces) in a bowl and add the grated carrot, almonds, protein powder (25 g), almond milk (250 mL), baking powder (1 tsp), cinnamon (1 tsp) and honey (1 tsp). Mix everything until you get a smooth texture.

  3. Then fill everything into a baking pan and bake it at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

  4. In the meantime, prepare the topping by mixing Greek yogurt (150 g), light cream cheese (50 g), and vanilla extract (1 tsp).

  5. Take the cake out of the form, spread the topping on it, and sprinkle some more crushed almonds over it.
