A quick and easy cucumber salad, that is also perfect for meal prep! 🥒

Instructions

  1. Slice the mini cucumbers (4 pieces) with a grater into small slices and dice the red onion (1 piece).

  2. Fry the chicken breast (300 g) with some butter or ghee (1 tsp) in a pan and cut into small pieces afterward.

  3. Add everything to a large bowl, then add the dill (1 handful), cottage cheese (200 g), Greek yogurt (120 g), garlic powder (to taste), salt and pepper (to taste).

  4. Divide it into two portions or store it in containers for meal prep for the next day.
