A quick and easy quiche made from a tortilla 🫓
1 whole quiche: 603 kCal / 45g Protein / 40g Carbs / 28g Fat

Instructions
Kneat the tortilla (1 piece) in a round baking form, add the eggs (3 pieces) and greek yogurt (50 g) to it and whisk.
Cut the bell pepper (½ piece) and red onion (½ piece) into small pieces and add as well.
Season it with salt and pepper (to taste) and sprinkle the grated cheese (50 g) over everything.
Bake it in the oven for 20 Min at 180 °C and serve it with some spring onions on top.
